This isn't a recruitment exercise for a conventional employee. We are interested in hearing from engineers who want broad experience, increasing responsibility, and a genuine pathway toward leadership and future ownership.
The transition would be fully supported. The intention is to provide oversight, mentoring, and continuity through the transition years — likely over a period of 2 to 5 years, or until the right person is fully established in the role.
